About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Growth Marketing and Member Experience to serve as a strategic leader in driving member acquisition, engagement, and retention while enhancing brand presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for the ideation, planning, and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the organization's overall vision and values. This role requires a key change agent who can guide brand positioning, growth marketing, product marketing, member onboarding, advertising, and public relations, with a strong focus on measurable growth and member experience outcomes. The Vice President will also lead a team, foster a culture of accountability and innovation, and ensure alignment across the organization by partnering with various teams. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred, and a minimum of 7 years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. Experience in financial services or credit unions is strongly preferred. The role demands a candidate with core competencies in strategic thinking, analytical acumen, growth marketing expertise, content and communication, technical proficiency, and leadership. The Vice President will be expected to provide both strategic and operational leadership, manage high-performing teams, and drive organizational effectiveness through process improvement and the adoption of new tools and technologies.
