About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Growth Marketing and Member Experience to serve as a strategic leader in driving member acquisition, engagement, and retention while enhancing brand presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for the ideation, planning, and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the organization's overall vision and values. This role requires a key change agent who can guide brand positioning, growth marketing, product marketing, member onboarding, advertising, and public relations, with a strong focus on measurable growth and member experience outcomes. Key responsibilities for the Vice President include providing strategic and operational leadership, overseeing market research, and leading growth marketing campaign planning and execution. The role also involves managing high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation, and ensuring alignment across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred, and a minimum of 7 years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. Financial services or credit union experience is strongly preferred, and the candidate should possess core competencies in strategic thinking, analytical acumen, growth marketing expertise, content and communication, technical proficiency, and leadership.
