We’re growing rapidly and looking for a motivated marketing and social media coordinator who wants to learn the intersection of real estate and modern marketing.
Position: Social Media and Marketing Coordinator Type: Full time (40 hours/week), permanent, on-site, in-person Content Creation & Social Media (40%) Assist in creating and designing engaging social media content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Tik Tok Help produce property showcase materials including graphics, short videos, and written descriptions Schedule and publish content across multiple platforms using social media management tools Capture behind-the-scenes content at open houses, property tours, and team events
Marketing Support (30%) Support the creation of email marketing campaigns and newsletters Assist with property marketing materials (flyers, brochures, digital ads) Help maintain and update website content and blog posts Conduct market research on competitors and industry trends Organize and maintain digital asset libraries (photos, videos, templates)
Track social media metrics and website analytics Compile weekly/monthly performance reports Identify top-performing content and provide insights Monitor campaign performance across channels
Administrative & Project Support (15%) Assist with event planning for open houses and client appreciation events Maintain marketing calendars and project timelines Support day-to-day marketing operations as needed Print marketing collateral and brochures under tight timelines
1-2 years of relevant marketing experience ~ Strong written and verbal communication skills ~ Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube) ~ Graphic design skills using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools ~ Comfortable learning new software and tools quickly ~ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, etc.
