Superintendents
in Healthcare, Ground-Up, and tenant improvements. Join a client-focused team delivering safe, well-run projects and ethical practices
SUPERINTENDENT RESPONSIBILITIES: These individuals must have demonstrated ownership of projects, not just participation. We are particularly focused on candidates who have run work independently and understand schedule, cost, quality, and subcontractor management. Lead field operations to complete projects on time, under budget, and with quality Manage scheduling (Microsoft Project), safety, compliance, and documentation Communicate effectively with owners, designers, and project teams At least 5+ years in healthcare construction (hospitals, clinics, acute care) Bachelor’s degree in construction science preferred
