Construction Superintendent

We are hiring an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee aviation and airport construction projects in the Dallas market. This role requires a strong field leader with direct experience managing airport or aviation-related builds while maintaining strict safety, quality, and scheduling standards.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and confident working within highly regulated airport environments. Key Responsibilities Lead all on-site construction operations for airport and aviation infrastructure projects Manage subcontractors, field crews, and daily jobsite activities to ensure efficient execution Ensure full compliance with construction drawings, FAA regulations, and safety requirements Track project schedules and productivity, addressing issues to maintain progress Coordinate with airport authorities, inspectors, project managers, and key stakeholders Maintain quality control standards across all phases of construction Provide leadership and mentorship to field personnel to promote safety and performance Qualifications 2+ years of experience as a Superintendent on airport, aviation, or large-scale infrastructure projects Strong understanding of FAA regulations and airport construction protocols Experience managing subcontractors and overseeing multi-million-dollar commercial projects Effective leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven construction environment
