Construction Superintendent

Key Responsibilities Lead all on-site construction operations for airport and aviation infrastructure projects Manage subcontractors, field crews, and daily jobsite activities to ensure efficient execution Ensure full compliance with construction drawings, FAA regulations, and safety requirements Track project schedules and productivity, addressing issues to maintain progress Coordinate with airport authorities, inspectors, project managers, and key stakeholders Maintain quality control standards across all phases of construction Provide leadership and mentorship to field personnel to promote safety and performance Qualifications 2+ years of experience as a Superintendent xywuqvp on airport, aviation, or large-scale infrastructure projects Strong understanding of FAA regulations and airport construction protocols Experience managing subcontractors and overseeing multi-million-dollar commercial projects Effective leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven construction environment
