We currently have a career opportunity for a Paid Media Strategist to join our team (Remote). The Paid Media Strategist is a proactive contributor responsible for supporting the performance and strategic execution of paid media programs across a portfolio of client accounts. Strategists partner closely with Senior Strategists and the Director to deliver high-quality work, optimize campaigns, uncover insights, and help drive measurable results. Account Management: Contributes to the development and execution of digital media strategies and plans across multiple clients. Performs detailed analysis of campaign performance data and recommends optimizations to improve results. Applies optimization of best practices and helps translate performance insights into actionable deliverables. Supports account leads by managing day-to-day campaign tasks, implementing optimizations, and maintaining platform hygiene. Reviews deliverables for accuracy and quality, ensuring recommendations are sound, data-driven, and aligned to client goals. Stays informed of platform updates, emerging technologies, and industry trends, especially AI development and/or offerings, and proactively shares learning with the team. Client Management: Actively participates in day-to-day client communications through calls, emails, and status updates. Develops an understanding of each client's goals, challenges, competitive landscape, and expectations. Build performance reporting and help identify opportunities for ongoing program improvement. Provides clear, well-articulated rationale behind optimizations, insights, and recommendations. Team Collaboration and Development: Works collaboratively across paid media, creative, account, and insights teams to support client objectives. Contributes to a team culture rooted in curiosity, collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement. Helps document best practices, process efficiencies, and quality standards. Supports onboarding and knowledge-sharing across new team members when needed. Business Development Support: Identifies tactical opportunities to optimize client programs and contribute to expanded initiatives. Assists with brand-building and thought-leadership efforts (blog posts, POVs, case studies, etc.) as assigned. Participates in new business activities, such as audits, research, or data pulls, in partnership with senior team members. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, advertising, or related field preferred. 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience across paid search, paid social, and/or programmatic platforms. Proven in-platform experience building, launching, optimizing, and analyzing campaigns in: Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Display) Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, etc. Experience working with programmatic platforms (DV360, StackAdapt, Simpli.fi, etc.). Familiarity with bid automation tools such as Adobe Ad Cloud Search (preferred), Skai, or SA360. Strong proficiency in Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, basic reporting). Ability to support media plan development, including audience targeting, budgets, and forecasting. Demonstrated experience with performance optimization, creative testing, bidding strategies, and audience refinement. Competence in analyzing data to produce meaningful insights and actionable recommendations to build slides for client presentations. Understanding of KPIs, measurement frameworks, tracking, attribution, and conversion events. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex data clearly. Strong organization and project-management capabilities. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong ownership of tasks and responsibilities. Preferred Additional Experiences: Experience supporting large budgets or multichannel portfolio environments. Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and basic lift or incrementality methodologies. Experience implementing or troubleshooting pixels, GTM setups, or conversion APIs. Awareness of emerging ad formats, platform innovations, and evolving paid media trends. Exposure to media planning tools or competitive intelligence platforms (MRI-Simmons, MediaRadar, Pathmatics, etc.). The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $64,974 to $115,000. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
