We are seeking an experienced Structural Steel / Miscellaneous Metals Shop Foreman to lead our fabrication and assembly operations. In this hands-on role, you will supervise daily shop activities, coordinate with project teams, and ensure all structural steel and miscellaneous metals are fabricated and assembled safely and to quality standards. Responsibilities: Supervise shop operations and manage personnel. Coordinate with project managers and field teams to interpret blueprints and drawings. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies. Oversee project budgets, material procurement, and cost control. Train and develop fabrication personnel. Skills and Experience: Experience in structural steel or miscellaneous metals fabrication. Proven leadership and supervisory skills in a shop environment. Strong blueprint reading and project management abilities. Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety compliance. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. This role is ideal for a motivated leader who enjoys hands-on work and driving a safe, productive, and high-quality fabrication operation.
