Responsibilities

Business Development:

  • Prospect for new clients through referrals, networking, cold-calling, and lead databases.
  • Build and maintain strong networking relationships with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, title companies, auto dealers, and other professionals.

Sales and Customer Service:

  • Create customized insurance quotes, deliver compelling sales presentations, and close deals.
  • Provide personalized policy options based on client needs and goals.
  • Offer ongoing support and information on new products and services to customers.

Growth and Learning:

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new insurance products.
  • Participate in training programs and mentorship opportunities to continually develop your skills.

Requirements
  • A genuine willingness to learn, adapt, and be coachable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and goal-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and with urgency.
  • Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses preferred.
  • Previous sales or insurance experience is not required, just the drive to succeed.
