We're hiring an Insurance Sales Representative who is motivated to build relationships, drive production, and grow within a high-performance agency environment. You will work with warm leads, existing clients, and referrals while following proven systems designed to create consistent production and long-term client relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to learn sales, earn strong income, and grow into future leadership roles within the agency.
- First Year Earnings: $55,000-$75,000 in competitive base salary plus commissions & bonuses

Responsibilities
- Conduct client policy reviews to uncover coverage gaps
- Identify cross-sell and bundling opportunities
- Generate referrals from satisfied clients
- Maintain high customer satisfaction standards
- Meet monthly sales and production goals
- Ensure policy accuracy and proper documentation
Requirements
- Spanish-speaking is a requirement
- Property & Casualty license is a Plus, or willingness to obtain within 23 months
- Strong verbal communication and relationship skills
- Comfortable discussing coverage and recommending policies
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Coachable and able to follow proven sales processes
- Positive attitude in a performance-driven team environment
