Our client, a leading organization in the technology and content innovation sector, is seeking a UX Content Strategist – AI Systems to join their dynamic team. As a UX Content Strategist – AI Systems, you will be part of the Content and AI Innovation Department supporting cross‑functional teams dedicated to transforming content experiences worldwide. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, strategic thinking, and collaboration skills, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: UX Content Strategist – AI Systems Location: Sunnyvale, California Pay Range: $43 What's the Job? Design and structure content knowledge bases to enable AI consumption, including feature knowledge, termbases, and localization rules. Define content standards, schemas, and governance frameworks to support scalable AI outputs and ensure consistency across platforms. Collaborate with AI and engineering teams to enhance content retrieval, generation, and evaluation processes. Reimagine and optimize end-to-end content workflows using AI, including prompt strategies and human-in-the-loop processes. Deliver high‑quality UX content for key product flows across web and mobile platforms, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals. What's Needed? 3–7+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, or content strategy with a focus on user‑centered content creation. Strong understanding of user experience principles and product thinking. Proven ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content tailored to diverse audiences. Experience working with cross‑functional teams including product, design, and engineering.
