Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Digital Personalization Manager to lead the strategy, development, and execution of personalization initiatives across digital channels. This role will focus on enhancing customer experience through data-driven personalization, A/B testing, and targeted campaign execution across web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements, build campaigns, and optimize digital journeys throughout the customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and execution of digital personalization strategies
Translate stakeholder and product requirements into actionable project plans and roadmaps
Identify and implement use cases to drive customer engagement and conversion
Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including A/B and multivariate testing (MVT)
Partner with analytics teams to define tracking, reporting, and performance measurement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver personalization initiatives
Provide project updates, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery
Troubleshoot and optimize campaigns to improve performance
Must-Have Qualifications
7+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, including:
A/B testing and optimization
Campaign management
Digital personalization
Experience leading teams and building digital campaigns/web strategies
Strong stakeholder management experience, including gathering requirements and execution planning
Hands‑on experience working with analytics teams to build tracking frameworks
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree OR High School Diploma/GED with 10+ years of digital marketing experience
Experience in Banking, Finance, Credit, or other highly regulated industries
Experience with marketing technologies such as:
Adobe Test & Target
Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Pega Systems
Dynamic Yield
Optimizely
Preferred Qualifications
Background in agency, e‑commerce, or consumer financial services
Experience working with Agile methodologies
Familiarity with:
Content Management Systems (CMS)
Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence (nice to have)
Strong project management and communication skills
Proven ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment
