Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Director, Program Marketing, to lead the development and execution of high-impact, ROI-driven marketing campaigns to Healthcare Professionals (HCP). This leadership role is responsible for driving HCP engagement, deepening client retention, and managing a portfolio of multi-channel campaigns across digital platforms. The Director, Program Marketing will serve as a key cross‑functional partner, reporting campaign performance and strategic initiatives to internal stakeholders while ensuring flawless client campaign delivery. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in HCP marketing, a strong command of paid media channels, email strategies and a data-driven approach to campaign analytics, segmentation and optimization. This individual will lead and inspire a high‑performing marketing team while managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities Marketing Campaign Management Oversee end-to-end campaign delivery for clients, ensuring on-time execution, budget adherence, and measurable outcomes. Design and execute ROI-driven marketing campaigns across digital channels, aligning with business objectives and brand standards. Lead paid search (SEM/PPC), paid social media, and partnership strategies, managing campaign planning, optimization, performance analysis and knowledge of AI answer search. Develop email marketing strategies including audience segmentation, and performance optimization to drive onsite engagement. HCP Marketing Apply specialized knowledge of Healthcare Professional (HCP) marketing to develop compliant, targeted campaigns that effectively engage physicians, clinicians, and other HCP audiences. Stay current on HCP marketing regulations, industry trends, and best practices to ensure all programs meet compliance standards. Leverage HCP data and analytics platforms to build audience segments, uncover insights, and continuously optimize campaign targeting and messaging. Track, measure, and report on KPIs including conversion rates, and customer engagement metrics, presenting findings to senior stakeholders. Brand & New Product Awareness Champion brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints, ensuring messaging aligns with brand voice, positioning, and visual identity guidelines. Develop and lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches, building awareness and driving adoption among target audiences. Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration Lead, mentor, and develop a marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability, creativity, and continuous improvement. Make strategic and tactical decisions with confidence, balancing data-driven insights with market intuition. Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Product, Creative, and Engineering to ensure seamless and successful campaign delivery. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining clear timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication throughout each initiative. Present campaign strategies, performance reports, and recommendations to internal stakeholders and senior leadership. Required Qualifications 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior manager or director-level role. Demonstrated expertise in HCP (Healthcare Professional) marketing, including knowledge of applicable regulatory and compliance requirements. Extensive hands‑on experience managing Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) campaigns with significant budgets. Proven track record of delivering ROI-positive campaigns across both digital and print media channels. Strong proficiency in customer analytics, segmentation, and data-driven decision making. Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and analytics dashboards (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics). Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high‑priority campaigns simultaneously. Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with experience reporting to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or health services marketing. Familiarity with MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) review processes. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
