Worldwide Commercial Marketing Coordinator This is a 12-month, full-time (40 hours/week), on-site contract role located in Austin, TX. Summary This role supports a global commercial marketing team by creating impactful sales enablement content and maintaining internal resources. You'll play a key role in helping communicate the value of advertising solutions while supporting team operations and cross-functional collaboration. Our Ideal Candidate 0-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field Passion for B2B marketing with a strong foundation in storytelling and content creation Proficient in presentation tools (e.g., Keynote, PowerPoint) with strong writing and editing skills Familiar with AdTech, digital marketing, or app development ecosystems Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams across global organizations Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, and stakeholders Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail Detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment Job Description In this role, you will develop compelling sales enablement content that supports business goals and showcases advertising solutions. You'll partner with marketing, product, and sales teams to gather insights and create presentations, emails, and other materials. This includes ensuring content is clear, accurate, and aligned across channels. You will also manage and maintain an online content library and support weekly reporting and internal communications, contributing to overall team efficiency and effectiveness. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field Background in marketing, advertising, copywriting, or communications Experience with presentation tools (Keynote preferred) and content development is a plus Additional Requirements This opportunity is located in Austin, TX and requires on-site work The pay for this W-2 position is $36.96 per hour This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
