Overview of the Position
The Graphic Designer plays a key role in bringing ideas to life across integrated marketing campaigns, brand initiatives and client projects. This role focuses on creating visually compelling, high-quality designs while supporting the full creative process from concept through final production.
You will work across a variety of formats including digital, print and environmental design, collaborating closely with Art Directors, the Creative Director and cross-functional teams. You’ll contribute to concept development, execute design work within established brand systems and help ensure all deliverables are aligned with client goals and agency standards.
This role is ideal for someone who is creative, detail-oriented and eager to grow their design skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You enjoy balancing multiple projects, are comfortable receiving and applying feedback and take pride in producing thoughtful, polished work.
You will partner closely with account leads, creative teams and vendors to support high-quality, timely delivery of work.
Requirements
Must-Haves
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or related field (or equivalent experience)
0–2 years relevant experience (internships or entry-level roles)
Portfolio demonstrating range of design work (digital/print)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
Strong visual design skills (layout, typography, color, composition)
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and high-quality output
Clear communication and collaboration skills
Interest in social impact work and applying an equity lens
Nice-to-Haves
Previous agency experience
Experience on integrated marketing or communications campaigns
Familiarity with Figma, After Effects, or Procreate
Web or CMS design experience (e.g., WordPress)
Experience preparing files for print production and working with vendors
Multilingual abilities
Job Duties
Create and execute design concepts across digital, print, and environmental media
Collaborate with Art Directors, Creative Director, and account teams
Translate strategic direction and brand guidelines into high-quality visual designs
Create and adapt materials for different audiences, ensuring accessibility across languages and communities
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality
Prepare and package files for production; coordinate with vendors
Maintain organized design files, assets, and internal libraries
Incorporate feedback and revisions
Conduct research and stay current on design trends and cultural context
Use agency tools (Hive, Slack, SharePoint) for workflow and communication
Participate in team meetings, trainings, and cross-functional collaboration

Competitive salary: $54,400 to $69,400, commensurate with experience
