OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION The Graphic Designer plays a key role in bringing ideas to life across integrated marketing campaigns, brand initiatives and client projects. This role focuses on creating visually compelling, high-quality designs while supporting the full creative process from concept through final production. You will work across a variety of formats including digital, print and environmental design, collaborating closely with Art Directors, the Creative Director and cross-functional teams. You’ll contribute to concept development, execute design work within established brand systems and help ensure all deliverables are aligned with client goals and agency standards. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, detail-oriented and eager to grow their design skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You enjoy balancing multiple projects, are comfortable receiving and applying feedback and take pride in producing thoughtful, polished work. You will partner closely with account leads, creative teams and vendors to support high-quality, timely delivery of work. Must-haves Associate or Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or related field (or equivalent experience). 0-2 years relevant experience (internships or entry-level roles). Portfolio demonstrating range of design work (digital/print). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop). Strong visual design skills (layout, typography, color, composition). Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and high-quality output. Clear communication and collaboration skills. Interest in social impact work and applying an equity lens. Nice-to-haves Previous agency experience. Experience on integrated marketing or communications campaigns. Familiarity with Figma, After Effects, or Procreate. Web or CMS design experience (e.g., WordPress).
