Senior Product Designer with Technical Expertise

Location and Compensation Location: 5 days in the Warsaw office Salary: 200 pln/h (B2B) What we offer Competitive salary on a 6‑month contract with possibility of extension Work on international projects for leading fintech companies Multicultural, multinational environment within a friendly and dynamic team Responsibilities Design high-quality UX/UI solutions for web and mobile products Develop, maintain, and scale the Design System, ensuring visual and functional consistency Create wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs in close collaboration with developers Integrate Figma with the development environment and modern technology stack Conduct and analyze user research and usability testing; translate insights into impactful design solutions Stay up to date with UX/UI trends, tools, and technologies Requirements 4+ years of experience in Product Design / UX/UI Strong portfolio demonstrating UI and UX expertise Advanced proficiency in Figma (variables, components, design systems, code export) Solid understanding of UX processes and user research Front-end knowledge (HTML, CSS, modern frameworks/tools, Git, CI/CD) Excellent communication skills and fluent English Experience working with Design Systems in large, corporate environments Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and cross‑functional teams Experience with Figma plugins is a plus About the team You will join a team of 6 designers working on global digital products used across the EMEA region, including payment platforms, merchant portals, onboarding tools, SmartPOS applications, and developer platforms. #J-18808-Ljbffr
