Position Overview
Our client is looking for a Marketing Manager who can plan and execute marketing initiatives that strengthen the company’s brand, support the sales team, and contribute to measurable business growth.

Salary
$95,000 – $135,000 USD/Annually
Key Responsibilities
Accountable for the development of all sales collateral, including flyers, catalogs, presentations, FAQs, and promotional materials
Develop a full understanding of UniPro’s product line to lead marketing with insight into how each product is used and valued by customers
Lead the creation of product training tools and reference materials for Sales, Customer Service, and product development teams
Partner with internal teams to ensure company websites are accurate, updated, and aligned with brand standards
Plan and support trade shows, ensuring a professional and consistent brand presence
Develop customer presentations, product mockups, and uniform samples, with understanding of embroidery, screen printing, and customization needs
Assist in meeting customer needs by sourcing products, preparing and responding to bids, and managing special uniform and equipment requirements
Build a positive team culture that values accountability, creativity, and collaboration within the sales and marketing department
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Business, or a related field preferred
10+ years of progressive marketing experience
Experience in general work uniforms, police/tactical gear, manufacturing, or apparel preferred
Strong digital marketing skills, including social media and video creation, are a plus
Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Adobe Suite
Strong presentation skills and ability to collaborate across teams
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
Willingness to travel as needed
Adaptable, dependable, and hands‑on
Compensation
The published salary range is used as a guide to provide prospective candidates with a level of compensation that is competitive with today’s market. The salary range for this position is a good faith estimate that allows for flexibility to align with various levels of experience, education, and performance.
