What you're applying for:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across web development, marketing campaigns, and client initiatives, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and high-quality outcomes.
What you'll do:
Lead end-to-end project management for client and internal projects, ensuring clear timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, SEO specialists, PPC experts, and social media managers, to ensure project goals are met
Should be capable of managing 8–10 projects simultaneously
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets while tracking progress and performance metrics
Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates, managing expectations, and resolving any project-related issues
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution
Maintain documentation, reports, and knowledge sharing to enhance team efficiency and project transparency
Drive continuous improvement in project management processes, tools, and methodologies
What you'll need:
Proven experience as a Project Manager in a technology, digital marketing, or web development environment
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall)
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards
Should be comfortable using ChatGPT and other AI tools to assist in project management and workflow
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday.com)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field and PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus but not mandatory
