Location
This role is based in Michigan.
You’ll be in our Livonia office 3 days per week working directly with leadership. The rest of the time is flexible.
If you prefer fully remote, this is not the role.
What You’ll Own
This is an ownership role, not a support role.
You will:
Build and execute campaigns that generate qualified leads across multiple brands
Own and optimize Google Ads strategy and performance
Turn content, insights, and IP into real demand
Align marketing directly to business outcomes, not vanity metrics
Partner with leadership to drive growth priorities
Challenge what isn’t working and replace it with something better
What This Is Not
Not a social posting role
Not just email automation and workflows
Not a “keep things running” position
Not someone who waits for direction
We already have strong technical support in place.
We need someone who knows how to use it to create demand and drive growth.
What We’re Looking For
Proven ability to generate leads and pipeline, not just activity
Strong experience with Google Ads and paid strategy
Ability to think strategically and execute practically
Comfortable in a fast-moving, build-as-we-go environment
Competitive mindset. You want to win and you measure it
