The primary designer in a product-led team Working deeply embedded with Product & Engineering Shaping direction early—not just executing If you love turning messy, complex systems into intuitive experiences—this is your space. What you’ll do Partner with Product to solve real user problems Design end‑to‑end workflows for complex SaaS features Translate ideas into clear, build‑ready designs (Figma) Contribute actively in product discussions & decision‑making Improve and evolve our design system Use AI tools to accelerate design, prototyping, and iteration Ship quickly, iterate fast, and stay close to real users What you bring Deep UX thinking + interaction design skills Ability to simplify multi‑step, real‑world processes Confidence working within existing systems and constraints Clear communication in fast‑moving product environments Experience using AI to enhance your design workflow Healthcare / clinical software experience Designing AI‑powered features Experience with design systems (Storybook, etc.) Background in high‑growth SaaS environments Who you are You think in systems, not just screens You ask “why” before jumping to solutions You bring ideas, not just execution You’re curious, adaptable, and excited by new tools (especially AI) You take ownership and move things forward Why Zanda?
