Job Title: Recruitment, Design, & Marketing Analyst – Hybrid Telework
Classification: ANALYST I – $3,861.00 - $6,276.00 per Month (depending on alternate range).
Salary Range: $3,861–$6,276 per month (minimum salary for new to state candidates).
Term: 12 Month Limited Term – Full Time; may be extended up to 24 months and could become permanent.
Work Location: Hybrid (Telework).

Responsibilities
On-the-job tasks will include assisting with recruitment-focused print and layout design projects, creating illustrations and other custom assets in line with the department’s brand guidelines, and collaborating with other areas within the department on design-related projects. This role will also be responsible for assisting with recruitment-focused marketing campaigns, social media posting, and direct candidate communication, primarily using LinkedIn. Occasional travel for creative projects and recruitment-related outreach may be required.

Working Conditions
This position reports to the Allenby Building in Sacramento. A hybrid Telework schedule, consistent with the State of California's in-office requirement, may be considered with prior approval from management. The incumbent may also be required to travel throughout California as needed, with prior notice.
The State’s Commute Programs provide bicycle, mass transit and vanpool incentives to eligible state employees. The State’s mass transit incentive pays 100% of the transit pass up to the IRS maximum of $325 per month in 2025.
DSH-Sacramento is located at an 11 floor high rise building.
