Marketing Manager

Dawson Taylor Coffee Roasters is seeking a self-motivated Marketing Manager to develop and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, measure performance and continuously improve results. The stories we tell about our coffees and how we interact with our community is a big focus at Dawson Taylor Coffee Roasters. We’re looking for someone who can portray our team and mission while running an organized and effective marketing campaign to drive online, wholesale and retail sales. Key Responsibilities Website management Increase conversion checkout rate Manage product catalog and keep up to date Continued research for apps to add to Shopify site to improve user experience SEO optimization and traffic tracking Strategic planning and management Plan and execute strategic goals to reach marketing and sales targets Develop marketing project and track results from start to finish Provide key metrics to leadership team including ROI on marketing campaigns Periodically audit packaging, signage, visual merchandising, website and social media to ensure DT’s visual presence represents our evolving identity Analyze campaign performance, examining interaction metrics and sales Content Creation Create content and improve engagement for all DT channels YouTube Instagram Facebook Email marketing Create and manage educational and marketing pieces for internal and external use including events Qualifications Past marketing experience with proven results and effective growth initiatives Highly organized and detail oriented with a strong sense of urgency Must possess and ownership mentality and embrace a high capacity for change Ability to work a flexible schedule and attend events as needed Looking for long-term growth within a company Passionate about local, hand-crafted goods – coffee experience a bonus Current portfolio with relevant experience Pre-employment drug testing and background check required Free product every month and discount on Hayden’s products Affordable medical, dental, and vision plans Company paid life insurance and STD Paid holidays and PTO packages 401(k) with Match 529 Education Savings Plan with match (up to $4k) #J-18808-Ljbffr
