Harnham is partnered with a leading independent media planning and analytics agency to hire a Paid Search (SEM) Strategist . Known for its data-driven approach to media strategy and performance optimization, the agency supports a portfolio of well-known brands across multiple industries.
As the team continues to grow, they are looking for a hands-on SEM specialist who can take full ownership of campaigns and deliver measurable impact.
The Role End-to-end ownership of paid search campaigns, from strategy through execution
Hands-on, “in-platform” role with direct control over campaign performance
Regular client interaction, including presenting insights and recommendations
Ability to manage multiple accounts or take ownership of a larger, complex account
Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize Paid Search campaigns across:
Google Search
Google Display Network
Search Ads 360
Skai or Marin
YouTube
Monitor budgets, pacing, and performance against KPIs
Identify optimization opportunities and implement improvements
Build reports and translate data into actionable client insights
Operate autonomously with full accountability for campaign outcomes
Requirements 5+ years of Paid Search experience (agency experience preferred)
Strong execution background, this is a hands-on role, not strategy-only
Experience managing YouTube campaigns
Confident in client-facing environments and presenting performance insights
Proven ability to manage budgets and performance metrics
Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently
