About the RoleThe Senior Partner Director expertly drives client outreach/prospecting and proposals, and actively works to convert new and existing partners to long-term strategic partnerships. This role contributes directly to revenue through individual and pod quota ownership.As a seller at Fetch, you’ll own complex sales cycles from outreach through close, identify opportunities, craft proposals, and build trusted executive-level relationships. You’ll partner with Account Managers to expand partnerships and collaborate with senior team members to refine your approach. You will set the standard for AI-driven selling using advanced tools for executive storytelling, predictive modeling, competitive position, and long-range planning. You’ll mentor others while shaping AI-enabled strategies and processes.This is a full-time role that can be held remotely in the New York and Chicago areas. This role requires on-site visits to clients in these markets.Role ResponsibilitiesLead as a Subject Matter Expert for Data Partnerships and Fetch’s measurement and audience solutions for other sellers who are selling to suppliers directly. Create prospect lists, engage executive and mid level agency contacts, leveraging LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, and/or attending industry events.Contribute to a revenue quota focused on selling Fetch programmatic audience and measurement solutions.Conduct high-impact presentations, roadshows, and education sessions to increase Fetch fluency across agency teams. Synthesizes market feedback into prioritized product recommendations.Build and manage a robust pipeline, leveraging outbound outreach, agency networking, and collaboration with internal teams. Builds and maintains C-level relationships within key partners.Work with Industry Leads, Account Managers, and leadership to align strategies and insights into multi-stakeholder projects and partnerships. Drive adoption of Fetch’s syndicated, custom, and contextual audience products across DSPs (TTD, Yahoo, StackAdapt, etc.).Promote Fetch’s closed-loop measurement solutions via major platform C.API integrations.Negotiate deal terms, finalize agreements, and ensure successful activation through internal handoff processes.Develop trusted relationships with investment teams, programmatic leads, strategy groups, data buyers, and analytics teams within agencies.Collaborate with Agency Partnerships and Brand Partnerships to align on joint account coverage and growth plans.Interpret and articulate various data sets and use tools to generate insights. This

may include AI-powered dashboards, market intelligence platforms, and campaign optimizersOwn the development and continuous improvement of strategic playbooks, best practices, and onboarding tools for the team, building frameworks that embed AI into standard Fetch sales processes across verticalsDevelop creative solutions to address complex sales challenges and unlock revenue opportunities, applying AI to design, test, and refine strategic pitchesFull ownership of forecasting for your book of business, both quarterly and annually, with minimal oversight, leveraging AI-powered sales forecasting and scenario tools as needed for increased precisionDevelop gap-to-quota plans, supported by AI-generated forecasts and conversion probability insightsExpertly manage Salesforce hygiene, using AI tools to maintain clean records, managing pipelines to identify areas of opportunity/risk, and track conversionPrioritize and meet both internal and external deadlinesInfluence vertical strategy internally and externally, especially in shaping AI-aligned Go-To-Market plans or competitive responsesCoach and mentor other Fetch sellers to up-level overall sales effectiveness by leading knowledge sharing across salesPlay an active role in hiring and shaping Fetch’s partner manager team culture and structureIdentify inefficiencies or partner feedback and share them with the pod, leveraging AI tools to solve for recurring issues or speed up repetitive tasksMinimum Requirements12+ years of experience in partnerships, sales, or a related fieldDirect experience selling audiences or measurement solutions, programmatic, or DSPs, especially with agencies. Direct experience in digital media, advertising, or consumer dataStrong organizational and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExpert understanding of digital advertising KPIs and how media solutions drive outcomesStrong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and engage with clientsBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experiencePreferred RequirementsExperience with Salesforce or other CRM platformsDirect agency sales experience, specifically calling on programmatic teams. Exposure to analyzing campaign data and presenting insights to stakeholdersExperience working cross-functionally with implementation, analytics, or sales teamsFamiliarity with AI-driven decision-support tools (ex. ChatGPT, Gemini AI) or automation tools (ex. Zapier)Comfort working in dynamic or evolving environmentsCompensation:At Fetch, we offer competitive compensation packages to the exceptional folks we hire. The base salary range for this position is $226,851 - $245,648, and the on-target earnings (OTE) range is $306,250 - $331,625. (This does not include accelerators or sales plan incentive funds, which employees may also be eligible for). We also offer all employees equity in Fetch.
