Product Designer - (UX/UI)

DescriptionKforce has a client that is seeking a Product Designer - (UX/UI) in Juno Beach, FL.Responsibilities:* Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that clearly illustrate the functionality and look of the product* Organize and conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve design iterations* Design aesthetically pleasing and intuitive interfaces that facilitate excellent user experiences* Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and design systems* Create and manage design assets including icons, buttons, and other UI elements* Collaborate with developers to ensure the implementation of the design is true to the vision* Translate complex concepts into simple and intuitive user experiencesCollaboration:* Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design solutions with business and technical requirements* Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to peers* Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices within the team and the broader organization* Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate design decisions* Ability to present and explain design solutions to stakeholdersContinuous Improvement:* Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies* Continuously seek opportunities to improve design processes and efficiencyRequirements* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field* Proven experience (3+ years) in UX and UI design, preferably with a strong portfolio showcasing your work* Experience with user research methods, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing* Experience with Design Systems* Familiar with Agile methodologies* Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices* Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions effectively* Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual consistency* Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar. (Figma preferred)* Ability to create high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs* Ability to work independently, manage deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneouslyPreferred Qualifications:* Experience in the energy or technology sectors is a plus* Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to communicate effectively with developers* Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelinesJob TypeContractCompensation48 - $52
