Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year A bit about us: We are currently seeking a seasoned Permanent Real Estate Paralegal for a dynamic role within our reputable legal firm. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our team, providing high-quality legal support to our real estate attorneys. This position offers a unique opportunity to be involved in complex real estate transactions, entity formation, and corporate filings. The candidate must have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of real estate law and corporate law. Why join us? Responsibilities: 1. Assist attorneys in all stages of real estate transactions, including drafting purchase agreements, leases, and deeds. 2. Conduct due diligence, including review of title commitments, surveys, and environmental reports. 3. Prepare and file corporate and LLC formation documents, annual reports, and other corporate filings. 4. Coordinate with clients, lenders, and opposing counsel to facilitate transactions. 5. Research and analyze legal sources such as statutes, recorded judicial decisions, legal articles, treaties, constitutions, and legal codes. Job Details Qualifications: 1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Real Estate/Corporate Paralegal. 2. Proficient in entity formation and corporate filings. 3. Strong knowledge of real estate law and corporate law. 4.
