Commercial Excellence SpecialistPosition InformationDatalogic is seeking for Commercial Excellence Specialist to join the Commercial Excellence Team. The person will be responsible in the assigned Region for the deployment and implementation of Datalogic sales processes, perform data analysis and reporting, provide training and implement Datalogic Commercial Academy training. Engage the local sales team in embracing and delivering sales processes and sales reporting locally•
Work closely with the Business Leaders, acting as a trusted Sales Business Partner, providing advice to increase sales effectiveness•
Implement and enhance the CRM system use•
Monitor sales KPIs, conduct analyses and drive the business through data insights•
Map current processes, identify gaps vs the defined model, define a recovery action plan and ensure its successful execution•
Define improvement actions, recovery plans and roadmap•
Coordinate local training and coaching sessions with the Sales team in the field on Sales, Products and Solutions•
Ensure that periodic measurements are taken to identify deviations from target and continuous improvement actions are defined (desired location Dallas, Texas area but open to central/eastern US located candidates)QualificationsQualificationsEducation (School/Specialization)
