Commercial SuperintendentPosition OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Commercial Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects in various sectors including K-12 schools, hospitality, multifamily apartments, and mixed-use developments. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strong communication with all stakeholders. Ideal Candidate will be familiar with working on projects with values of $15-40M in total Value.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with safety and building codes.Manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely completion of all phases of construction.Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to facilitate effective communication and project execution.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work, addressing any issues promptly.Ensure all construction activities comply with legal requirements and industry standards.Prepare and submit regular reports on project status, including budget tracking and timeline updates.QualificationsProven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, specifically in K-12 schools, hospitality, multifamily apartments, and mixed-use projects.Strong knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.Excellent leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.BenefitsVacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kBonusRelocationTelecommute
