The Lead Superintendent will oversee daily site operations, manage subcontractors, maintain project schedules, and ensure work is completed safely and to the highest quality standards.This role works closely with Project Management and company leadership while supervising Assistant Superintendents and field staff.We welcome candidates from established NYC and regional general contractors who are looking to transition to a long-term opportunity focused on multifamily construction in Westchester.Responsibilities* Lead daily field operations on 100-250+ unit ground-up affordable multifamily projects* Manage Assistant Superintendents and subcontractor teams on site* Coordinate scheduling, sequencing, and trade activities* Maintain jobsite safety standards and enforce OSHA compliance* Oversee quality control and ensure work meets project specifications* Conduct inspections and manage punch lists through project completion* Maintain daily reports, logs, and field documentation* Work closely with Project Managers to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget* Coordinate deliveries, site logistics, and trade workflowQualifications* 7+ years of field construction experience* Experience running or supporting ground-up multifamily construction projects* Experience on projects 100+ residential units preferred* Strong leadership and subcontractor coordination experience* Ability to manage jobsite scheduling and field operations* Experience with construction management software such as Procore or similar platformsProject LocationsProjects are located throughout Westchester County, NY.cob2Salary/Rate:US$140,000 - US$180,000 per annumJob Type:Site BasedContract Type:PermanentTown/City:White PlainsCounty:New YorkSector:Construction & DevelopmentJob ref:JN -022026-84845_1773676083Post Date:03. 16. 2026
