Lead SuperintendentPosition Overview The Lead Superintendent oversees all aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and scheduling standards. This role is crucial in managing on-site operations, coordinating between various teams, and driving project success from inception to completion.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise the construction team on-site to ensure project milestones are met.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards throughout the construction process.Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship.Develop and maintain project schedules, adjusting as necessary to meet deadlines.Manage project budgets, including monitoring costs and controlling expenditures.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.Prepare and review progress reports, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.QualificationsProven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, preferably with multi-family and wood frame projects.Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.Expertise in safety compliance and quality control measures.Proficient in scheduling and budgeting for construction projects.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Ability to supervise site operations effectively and enforce regulatory compliance.Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on solutions.Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.Familiarity with blueprint reading and construction documentation.Experience with podium wrap construction methods is a plus.BenefitsVacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kBonus
