Product Marketing Manager

This role exists to run the AI-powered Product Marketing Management (PMM) operating layer while building foundational judgment. This position absorbs execution, insight synthesis, and Go-To-Market (GTM) operations, enabling senior PMMs to focus on strategy and influence

Key Responsibilities

Assist with launch execution and the preparation of the Bill of Materials (BOM) to ensure cross-functional dependencies are tracked and campaign assets are delivered on schedule.

Support launch readiness for Tier-1 and Tier-2 releases by ensuring required assets are finalized, organized, and easily accessible to Sales and Marketing teams.

Prompt, evaluate, and iteratively refine AI-powered processes to maximize the speed of content creation for standard marketing materials like blogs, social posts, and email nurtures.

Develop and maintain a library of high-performing AI prompts and templates to ensure consistent quality and brand alignment across all automated content.

Act as the primary human reviewer for AI-generated work, correcting technical errors and ensuring narrative hygiene to maintain professional standards.

Monitor industry signals using AI tools to track competitor movements, analyst reports, and market shifts as they happen.

Synthesize high-volume signals into actionable weekly briefings for Professional PMMs to inform strategic pivots.

Extract customer pain points from executive briefing feedback and sales transcripts to ensure messaging accurately addresses critical security challenges.

Identify and fix data gaps at the source to prevent inaccuracies in AI-generated transformations and automated content.

Support the initial drafting of analyst questionnaires by surfacing the most recent technical evidence and product specifications for AI-assisted completion.

Translate technical product features and raw AI outputs into clear, simplified narratives that highlight benefits for customer-facing decks and briefs.

Provide sales teams with customized customer profiles and account-specific talking points by using AI to analyze business drivers and pain points.

Monitor the effectiveness of launch materials and campaign execution, using AI-driven analytics to identify assets that require immediate improvement or iteration.

Required Qualifications

0-3 years of experience in a relevant field such as marketing or product management, acquired through internships, new graduate roles, or industry entry positions.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AI-powered content creation or analytics tools.

Familiarity with Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and product launch processes.

Ability to synthesize complex information from various sources into clear, actionable insights.

Strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple project deliverables on a deadline.
