licensed Property & Casualty Customer Service Representative
to join our growing team! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, providing coverage guidance, and delivering exceptional service to Personal Lines clients. You’ll play a key role in ensuring clients feel supported, informed, and confident in their insurance coverage. What You’ll Do Provide exceptional service to
Personal Lines clients , including policy reviews, renewals, endorsements, and coverage counseling Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in person to answer questions and resolve concerns Advise clients on appropriate coverage options to ensure proper protection Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the agency management system Collaborate with team members and insurance carriers to deliver top-tier client service Support agency initiatives and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment What We’re Looking For Active PA Property & Casualty License
(or equivalent, transferable license) Previous experience in personal lines insurance
(CSR, Producer, or similar role) Strong communication skills
– both written and verbal Dependability & Integrity
– you’re punctual, ethical, and accountable Detail-oriented multitasker
– comfortable in a fast-paced, high-disruption environment Eagerness to Learn
– especially with new systems and procedures Team-first attitude
