Personal Lines Client Manager - Standard & Middle Markets Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented
Personal Lines Client Manager
to join a team. This full-time, mid-level position focuses on managing client services within the Personal Lines sector, specifically in Standard and Middle Markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Personal Property and Casualty insurance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Compensation Package Base Salary : $62,000 - $81,300 (dependent on experience, qualifications, and business needs). Benefits : Competitive benefits package and variable pay programs. Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities (60% or more of time): Evaluate exposures and renewal quotes. Review upcoming renewals and determine accounts requiring remarketing. Make coverage recommendations to clients. Utilize comparative rate tools to obtain quotes. Handle agency billing transactions (where applicable). Obtain signed binding documents and notify carriers. Review binding documents for accuracy. Additional Responsibilities: Maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC. Process renewals, endorsements, acknowledgments, cancellations, and proofs of insurance. Organize and attach documents in EPIC. Initiate endorsements, proofs of insurance, and invoices. Leverage templates and system-generated letters for standard communications. Create and assign activities in EPIC to team members. Pull relevant items such as MVR, CLUES, Risk Meters, RCE, etc., as needed. Qualifications/Requirements Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Personal Property and Casualty insurance with a comprehensive understanding of insurance coverages. Professional Licenses/Certifications: Must hold a state Property & Casualty insurance license. Essential Skills/Competencies: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other MS Office products. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues. Comprehensive understanding of guaranteed cost program design and coverage forms. Ability to consistently produce quality work with attention to detail and meet deadlines. Skilled in using self-serve portals and managing client training and utilization. Problem-solving skills for non-routine but not overly complex issues. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
