On-site | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Overview: We are seeking a Packaging Designer to play a key role in developing innovative packaging and display solutions that both protect and showcase products. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams and customers to bring concepts to life, from initial design through production. What You’ll Do Design and develop packaging solutions using CAD software Create and revise detailed production and assembly drawings Apply knowledge of materials, machinery, and design principles to support production Maintain and organize design files and documentation Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, and Manufacturing on new and updated designs Track and document design changes within internal systems Meet with internal teams and external clients to review concepts and project feasibility What Success Looks Like Delivering accurate, high-quality designs that meet production requirements Effectively collaborating across teams to move projects forward Maintaining organized systems and documentation Contributing to a responsive, solutions-oriented environment What Were Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field (preferred) Experience in corrugated packaging design or a related field (preferred) Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) tools Understanding of packaging, production processes, and product design Key Skills Strong understanding of design principles and drafting techniques Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards is a plus Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent communication skills across teams and with clients Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
