Job Title: Event Marketing Coordinator (Trade Shows & Events)

Location: Draper, Utah 84020 (Hybrid – 2 days in office)

Pay Rate: $35–$40/hour (W2)

Duration: 6-Month Contract (Maternity Leave Coverage)

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM MT

Travel: Up to 10% (U.S.-based, approximately once per month)


Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Event Marketing Coordinator to support trade show and event marketing initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and has a passion for delivering exceptional event experiences.

You will work closely with a small, collaborative marketing team and play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing trade shows and events from start to finish.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage assigned trade shows, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time
  • Coordinate end-to-end event logistics, including pre-event planning and post-event follow-up
  • Support marketing efforts related to events, including setup and teardown activities
  • Oversee trade show inventory and booth assets
  • Represent the organization at trade shows and related events
  • Track, measure, and report on event marketing performance metrics
  • Perform administrative tasks to support marketing team objectives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful event execution


Required Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in trade shows or event marketing
  • Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership
  • Proven experience executing successful events or trade shows
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; a true people person


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with tools such as Asana, Marketo, and Salesforce
  • Familiarity with event planning software and CRM platforms


Additional Details

  • Hybrid work model with in-office presence required twice per week
  • Local candidates in or near Draper, UT are strongly preferred
