Marketing & E-Commerce Coordinator

Cherry Los Angeles, Los Angeles, CA, United States

About the Role

We're seeking a driven, detail-oriented Marketing & E-Commerce Coordinator to support a growing brand across content, production, and day-to-day operations.

Reporting to the Marketing Lead, you'll play a hands-on role in campaign execution, digital asset management, and cross-functional coordination, gaining full-funnel exposure across social, e-commerce, and brand administration.

This role is built for a self-starter who moves fast, maintains high standards, and takes ownership from day one.

Responsibilities

Social & Content

  • Assist the execution of social strategy across Instagram and emerging platforms
  • Support content planning, shot lists, and campaign sequencing aligned with product drops and launches
  • Assist with preparing and finalizing social assets, namely retouching, resizing, and formatting for feed, Stories, and Reels
  • Manage real-time publishing and community engagement across DMs, comments, and brand interactions
  • Monitor content performance and surface actionable insights
  • Support email marketing, drafting newsletter copy, organizing assets, and assisting with campaign buildouts

E-Commerce & Photo Production

  • Track SKUs and line sheets to identify e-commerce and flat lay shoot requirements
  • Pull, prep, and organize all products for shoots, including steaming and look coordination
  • Transport product, accessories, and styling items to and from shoot locations
  • Support on-set product flow and ensure complete SKU capture
  • Assist with the coordination of photographers, editors, and retouchers as needed
  • Help maintain hard drives and Dropbox systems — file naming, organization, and distribution
  • Export and deploy final assets across social, email, website, and paid media
  • Upload and organize assets in Shopify for e-commerce use
  • Conduct ongoing site audits to identify product, image, or functionality issues

Admin

  • Support inbound gifting and stylist requests — responses, product sends, and loan agreements
  • Draft Shopify orders for gifting and pulls; maintain gifting and seeding trackers
  • Represent the team on calls when needed, primarily capturing notes and delivering clear summaries and action items
  • Support quick-turn operational and creative tasks that keep the broader team moving

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, social media, production, or a brand environment (internships considered)
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written communication skills with an instinct for brand voice
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop) required
  • Familiarity with Shopify and Dropbox
  • Genuine appreciation for craft, apparel, and brand building
  • Collaborative, low-ego, and solutions-oriented
