
Marketing & E-Commerce Coordinator

About the Role
We're seeking a driven, detail-oriented Marketing & E-Commerce Coordinator to support a growing brand across content, production, and day-to-day operations.
Reporting to the Marketing Lead, you'll play a hands‑on role in campaign execution, digital asset management, and cross-functional coordination, gaining full‑funnel exposure across social, e‑commerce, and brand administration.
This role is built for a self‑starter who moves fast, maintains high standards, and takes ownership from day one.
Responsibilities Social & Content
Assist the execution of social strategy across Instagram and emerging platforms
Support content planning, shot lists, and campaign sequencing aligned with product drops and launches
Assist with preparing and finalizing social assets, namely retouching, resizing, and formatting for feed, Stories, and Reels
Manage real‑time publishing and community engagement across DMs, comments, and brand interactions
Monitor content performance and surface actionable insights
Support email marketing, drafting newsletter copy, organizing assets, and assisting with campaign buildouts
E-Commerce & Photo Production
Track SKUs and line sheets to identify e‑commerce and flat lay shoot requirements
Pull, prep, and organize all products for shoots, including steaming and look coordination
Transport product, accessories, and styling items to and from shoot locations
Support on‑set product flow and ensure complete SKU capture
Assist with the coordination of photographers, editors, and retouchers as needed
Help maintain hard drives and Dropbox systems — file naming, organization, and distribution
Export and deploy final assets across social, email, website, and paid media
Upload and organize assets in Shopify for e‑commerce use
Conduct ongoing site audits to identify product, image, or functionality issues
Admin
Support inbound gifting and stylist requests — responses, product sends, and loan agreements
Draft Shopify orders for gifting and pulls; maintain gifting and seeding trackersRepresent the team on calls when needed, primarily capturing notes and delivering clear summaries and action items
Support quick‑turn operational and creative tasks that keep the broader team moving
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in marketing, social media, production, or a brand environment (internships considered)
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Strong written communication skills with an instinct for brand voice
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop) required
Familiarity with Shopify and Dropbox
Genuine appreciation for craft, apparel, and brand building
Collaborative, low-ego, and solutions‑oriented
