Location: Hybrid (2 days/week onsite in San Rafael, CA – Tues/Thurs for local candidates; remote considered)
Pay Rate: $120–$124/hour

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Consultant to support brand growth initiatives and execution of key marketing strategies. This individual will play a critical role in developing and deploying promotional tactics targeting healthcare professionals (HCPs) and/or caregivers, while partnering cross-functionally to ensure operational excellence and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with brand team members to develop and execute promotional materials (e.g., panels, leave-behinds, rep-triggered emails) for branded and unbranded campaigns
- Support planning and execution of brand activities including speaker programs, advisory boards, conferences, and sales meetings
- Collaborate with agency partners to guide development of marketing assets
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at driving brand demand and market growth
- Provide operational and project management support across marketing initiatives
- Manage budgets, contracts, accruals, and reconciliation processes
- Ensure all materials align with regulatory, legal, and medical review standards
- Attend key events such as conferences, training sessions, and speaker programs as needed
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of U.S. biotech/pharma marketing experience
- Proven experience developing marketing materials in a regulated environment
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience managing external vendors and agency partners
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Experience collaborating with promotional review committees (medical, legal, regulatory)
- Bachelor’s degree required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience across multiple therapeutic areas; rare disease experience a plus
- Prior pharma sales experience is a plus
- Familiarity with Veeva PromoMats and standard business tools (MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Teams)
- Advanced degree (MBA or similar) preferred
