Description:

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with strong digital and UI/UX experience to support a fast-paced creative team working on a variety of digital and interactive materials. This role is part of a growing team and is focused on delivering high-quality design solutions across websites, presentations, and other digital platforms.

The designer will work closely with cross-functional teams including writers, project managers, and other designers to create visually engaging and easy-to-understand content, often translating complex or technical information into clear visuals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop digital assets including websites, landing pages, emails, banner ads, infographics, and interactive PDFs
  • Create and maintain interactive PowerPoint presentations, which make up a significant portion of the work
  • Work on tablet-based (iPad) interactive tools used for educational or medical purposes
  • Apply UI/UX best practices to improve user experience across digital platforms
  • Translate complex data and information into visually clear charts, graphs, and layouts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Update and enhance existing designs as well as create new assets from scratch
  • Follow structured design guidelines and work within regulated environments

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in graphic or digital design (flexible up to 4–5 years for strong candidates)
  • Strong proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills, including creating interactive presentations, templates, and animations
  • Solid experience in website design, landing pages, and UI/UX best practices
  • Ability to interpret complex data and convert it into effective visual designs
  • Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environments
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Portfolio is required, including digital work and PowerPoint samples

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in pharmaceutical or other regulated industries
  • Familiarity with structured review processes (such as medical, legal, regulatory workflows)
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar platforms
  • Exposure to tools like E-Wizard or Knack

Additional Details:

  • This is a newly created role due to increased workload, with potential for long-term opportunity. The position involves a mix of creating new designs and updating existing assets. A large portion of the work currently involves PowerPoint-based interactive tools, though there is increasing focus on website and UI/UX work.
  • Candidates should be comfortable working within structured design constraints rather than purely creative environments, and should be able to contribute quickly with minimal training.
