We are a nationally recognized custom sculpture and award design studio serving blue-chip
clients around the world. Our work sits at the intersection of design, craftsmanship, and brand
storytelling. As we continue to grow, we are evolving toward a more proactive, sales-driven
approach and we’re hiring an Account Manager who wants to drive revenue
This is a hybrid role based in our Placerville, CA design studio (9am–4pm Monday–Thursday
onsite, remote Fridays).
The Role
This is a full-cycle sales and account management position. You will:
- Own inbound opportunities from first inquiry through close
- Lead consultative discovery conversations with decision-makers
- Develop and present tailored proposals
- Close business confidently and professionally
- Grow existing accounts through proactive outreach and relationship development
- Oversee project execution post-sale to ensure exceptional delivery
- This role blends sales strategy, relationship building, and project ownership. You are
- accountable for both revenue generation and client experience.

- You build long-term relationships, not one-off transactions.
- You manage timelines and expectations without letting details slip.
- You represent our studio with professionalism and polish.
Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Respond quickly and strategically to inbound inquiries.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand client objectives, budgets, and timelines.
- Develop proposals in collaboration with our design team.
- Confidently ask for the business and close opportunities.
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and follow-up.
- Proactively reach out to past and existing clients to generate repeat business.
Account & Project Ownership
- Serve as primary client contact from signed agreement through delivery.
- Coordinate with designers and production partners.
- Ensure projects remain on schedule and within scope.
- Manage client expectations and resolve issues proactively.
- Drive projects through payment and completion.
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or consultative client services.
- Comfortable discussing budgets and confidently asking for the close.
- Highly organized with strong project management instincts.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, outgoing, and energized by client interaction.
- Detail-oriented without losing sight of the bigger picture.
- Appreciate great design and craftsmanship.
- Proficient with Google Suite and experience working with a CRM.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Compensation & Growth
- $25–$28/hour base pay DOE
- Performance-based incentives tied to revenue and account growth
- Profit-sharing eligibility after 3 months
- Paid vacation after probationary period
