Accounting Office Administrator
Position: Accounting Office Administrator Location: Tulsa, OK Pay: $50,000 - $65,000 / year Benefits: This role is eligible for 401k, dental, vision, medical Job Duties: Manage the full accounts receivable process for approximately 150 tenants, including posting payments, applying credits, and generating aging reports. Reconcile accounts, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies. Communicate with tenants regarding billing issues and payment arrangements. Prepare and review financial statements and reports. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
