We're looking for visionaries like you to help write the next chapter of our story. We are currently looking for an Account Specialist to join our team onsite in Holland, MI. The schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. The Account Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for assigned dealer partners, delivering an exceptional customer service experience. This role is responsible for resolving product, service, and order-related issues through proactive problem solving, clear communication, and close collaboration with internal teams. By anticipating challenges, ensuring timely and accurate responses, and building strong, trusted relationships, the Account Specialist supports seamless project execution and helps drive a positive dealer experience. Essential functions include managing a portfolio of dealerships, ensuring timely and accurate processing and fulfillment; responding to a wide range of customer inquiries, providing comprehensive information and solutions; investigating and resolving order discrepancies, coordinating with internal teams to find solutions; tracking shipments and shortages and providing updates to customers on delivery status; proactively communicating with dealers regarding order status, potential delays, and other relevant information; providing fundamental knowledge of product process and systems to customers; collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to address customer needs; performing all essential job functions with/without accommodation; and using office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree or education equivalency; two years of experience in a direct customer support role; and the ability to work in Holland, MI, without relocation assistance. Additionally, applicants must possess an unrestricted right to work in the US to be eligible for this position. Preferred qualifications include Haworth experience, project management experience or certification, furniture industry experience, experience in SAP, strong skillset in Microsoft Office Suite, and strong interpersonal skills.
