The Specialist, Collections will be responsible for performing collection activities in an effort to recover losses from assigned accounts. What You'll Do: Manage a portfolio of assigned delinquent accounts. Initiate contact with debtors through phone calls, emails, and written correspondence to discuss outstanding debts, providing information and seeking payment arrangements.
