KTeam is hiring: AI Visual Designer in Miami

KTeam, Miami, FL, United States

Visual Designer, AI-First Marketing

Location: Miami, FL

Department: Marketing

Reports To: Design Director

Salary: $90k-$120k Annually (commensurate with experience)

We’re not looking for a traditional designer. We’re building a modern, AI-powered insurance platform—and we need a designer who works the same way.

This role is for someone who moves fast, thinks in systems, and uses AI as a core creative tool—not a side experiment. You know how to turn rough ideas into polished, high-performing marketing assets quickly, and you’re constantly finding ways to increase output without sacrificing quality.

If you’re still designing the same way you were 3 years ago, this isn’t the role.

If you’re pushing the edge of what’s possible with AI + design, keep reading.

We care as much about how you think and use AI as we do about polished deliverables.

Compensation & Perks

  • $90K–$120K base (depending on experience)
  • Hybrid in Miami (Brickell), 3–4 days/week
  • 100% employer-paid healthcare
  • 401(k) + 4% match
  • PTO + 13 holidays
  • Monthly stipend + commuter support

What You’ll Own

  • End-to-end design for marketing assets across channels: decks, campaigns, email, social, print
  • High-stakes presentations (PowerPoint required) that actually tell a story and drive decisions
  • Clean, sharp multi-page layouts (sales materials, reports, brochures)
  • Using AI to accelerate everything: concepting, layout exploration, image generation, iteration
  • Turning loose briefs into tight, on-brand creative with minimal direction
  • Building and maintaining repeatable systems, templates, and workflows
  • Helping raise the bar for speed, quality, and consistency across the brand

How You Work

  • You don’t wait—you ship, iterate, refine
  • You use AI tools daily and know where they actually create leverage
  • You care about the details, but you don’t get stuck in them
  • You can balance speed + taste + business context
  • You’re comfortable operating with ambiguity and high ownership

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years in visual or marketing design (agency or in-house)
  • A portfolio that shows real marketing work (social media, paid ads, pitch decks and presentations, emails and newsletters, website, etc.)
  • Proven use of AI in your design workflow (this is a must-have)
  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Advanced PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides skills
  • Solid fundamentals: layout, typography, hierarchy, composition
  • Experience working within (and evolving) brand systems
  • Proficiency with Figma and modern design tools
  • Ability to execute quickly without constant oversight

Bonus Points

  • Motion design (After Effects)
  • Experience with tools like Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, etc.
  • Familiarity with Framer or web/no-code tools
  • Print production experience

Why This Role

  • You’ll help define what AI-first design looks like inside a real company
  • High visibility, high ownership, and real impact on the brand
  • Work across a growing platform with multiple brands and initiatives
  • A team that values speed, quality, and people who get things done
  • Clear path to grow into a senior/lead creative role
