KTeam, Miami, FL, United States
Visual Designer, AI-First Marketing
Location: Miami, FL
Department: Marketing
Reports To: Design Director
Salary: $90k-$120k Annually (commensurate with experience)
We’re not looking for a traditional designer. We’re building a modern, AI-powered insurance platform—and we need a designer who works the same way.
This role is for someone who moves fast, thinks in systems, and uses AI as a core creative tool—not a side experiment. You know how to turn rough ideas into polished, high-performing marketing assets quickly, and you’re constantly finding ways to increase output without sacrificing quality.
If you’re still designing the same way you were 3 years ago, this isn’t the role.
If you’re pushing the edge of what’s possible with AI + design, keep reading.
We care as much about how you think and use AI as we do about polished deliverables.

$90K–$120K base (depending on experience)
Hybrid in Miami (Brickell), 3–4 days/week
100% employer-paid healthcare
