Build great products and services by influencing the end-to-end solution Lead end-to-end UX design for new and existing features, from discovery to delivery Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that communicate interaction and design ideas Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure design intent is carried through to implementation Advocate for user centered design principles across the organization Contribute to and help evolve our design system and UX standards Analyze product performance and user behavior to identify opportunities for improvement Defend and champion for design concepts and rationale to cross functional teams and leadership Proficiency in Accessibility, Agile Delivery and Development, and Design Thinking Expertise in Facilitation, Graphical User Interfaces, and Information Architecture Skills in Prototyping, Responsive Design, and Storytelling Ability to define, analyze, and map Technology Business Requirements Proficiency in Technology Graphic Tools, Usability Evaluation, and Web Analytics Experience in User Experience Design, User Interface Design, and User Research To qualify for the role, you must have A Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree) in design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years of practical experience in UX or product design A strong portfolio demonstrating user centered design thinking, process, problem-solving, and outcomes Experience in leading design projects Experience in AI-powered tools including automation, prompting, or generative design Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) Experience conducting user research and usability testing Ability to translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive experiences Strong communication and storytelling skills Comfort working in an agile, collaborative, multi-discipline environment A growth mindset and willingness to iterate based on feedback Ideally, you’ll also have Familiarity with front‑end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) Experience working with or contributing to design systems Strong commercial astuteness and the ability to communicate with impact. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $117,100 to $214,400. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $140,500 to $243,700. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
