Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Manage a pipeline of loans through loss mitigation decision making using excel base tools and provide timely customer communications created in Words via regular mail and UPS.
- How much time is being spent in meetings: 30 minutes daily
- Interacting with internal stakeholders.
- Underwriting.
- Default servicing.
- Fiserv agent.
- MS office suite (Excel)
- Minimum High School Diploma.
- 3+ years of experience in Mortgage underwriting.
- Banking background in underwriting position.
