About the Role

The Gilles Rais Fine Homes Team is seeking a highly driven and creative Luxury Marketing Specialist to lead and elevate our brand across South Florida’s high-end real estate market. This specialist must have prior experience in the real estate industry. This is not a traditional marketing role. You will be directly involved in the positioning and promotion of some of the area’s most notable properties, working closely with a top-producing team that operates at a high level. We are looking for someone who understands luxury, values precision, and can execute at a fast pace while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. This is an on-site position with strong potential for growth for someone looking to build and advance their career in marketing within a high-performance environment.


Key Responsibilities


Brand & Campaign Strategy

  • Maintain and elevate a consistent luxury brand presence across all platforms
  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital, print, email, and social
  • Position listings and the team to effectively reach high-net-worth audiences
  • Ensure all marketing aligns with brand standards, tone, and visual identity


Content & Listing Marketing

  • Coordinate property photography, videography, and digital assets (including 3D tours)
  • Create high-quality marketing materials including brochures, presentations, and digital campaigns
  • Manage and execute social media strategy with consistent, on-brand content
  • Write and refine listing copy, email campaigns, and marketing narratives
  • Support website content updates and optimize property and blog content for SEO to improve visibility and organic reach


Digital Marketing & Advertising

  • Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, and other platforms)
  • Implement advanced strategies including retargeting, geo-targeting, and audience segmentation
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance and engagement data


Events & Partnerships

  • Plan and execute luxury open houses, broker events, and client experiences
  • Coordinate with vendors, caterers, and strategic partners
  • Identify and develop co-marketing opportunities with aligned luxury brands


Analytics & Performance

  • Track campaign performance and provide clear reporting on results
  • Monitor ROI and continuously refine strategy based on data
  • Stay ahead of trends and introduce new marketing opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver monthly marketing updates for clients, highlighting exposure, engagement, and overall performance of their properties


Team Collaboration

  • Manage relationships with marketing vendors and ensure quality execution
  • Support listing launches, presentations, and ongoing campaigns
  • Assist in maintaining marketing systems, calendars, and workflows


Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years of experience in marketing in the real estate industry. Luxury real estate/real estate sales preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree not required but preferred
  • Strong understanding of branding, design, and digital marketing
  • Experience with platforms such as Adobe Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, Google Ads and CapCut
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
  • A portfolio that demonstrates high-level visual and campaign execution
  • Familiarity with AI tools (such as ChatGPT, image/video tools, and automation platforms) and an understanding of how to apply them effectively in a marketing environment
