About the Role

Seeking a Product Marketing Specialist (Contractor) to join our client's Product & Program Development (PPD) team. This role plays a key part in bringing new products and program enhancements to market—supporting initiatives that drive customer engagement and elevate our sales and marketing efforts.

You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute marketing strategies, communications, and campaigns that support product launches and lifecycle initiatives. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple projects, and is passionate about delivering impactful customer experiences.


What You’ll Do

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations, Legal, IT, and external agencies) to support product and program launches
  • Contribute to the development and execution of go-to-market strategies, including messaging, channel selection, and communication cadence
  • Support the creation, review, and approval of marketing assets and campaigns across multiple initiatives
  • Assist in developing creative briefs and guiding projects through briefing, development, and launch phases
  • Participate in weekly refinement sessions, campaign reviews, and cross-functional planning meetings
  • Help optimize campaign performance by supporting data collection and analysis efforts
  • Maintain and enhance content across digital platforms, including product websites


Key Projects You’ll Support

  • Margaritaville Vacation Club Discovery Email Welcome Series
  • Club Wyndham Discovery direct-to-consumer (DTC) campaigns
  • Discovery DTC pilot website (in collaboration with IT and web development partners)
  • Eddie Bauer Adventure Club communications strategy and new owner gifting initiatives
  • Club Wyndham PIC program overhaul and VIP by WorldMark enhancements
  • Ongoing Discovery website content updates and lifecycle campaign improvements


What We’re Looking For

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and shifting timelines
  • Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with marketing campaign development, messaging strategy, and digital channels
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
